Mexico has so many dishes that are staple in most states but I believe Mole is more of a National dish than Burrito.

Lynne Zeman, Pizza did in fact originate in Italy. New Yorkers improved the pizza but Chicagoans made pizza the perfect meal. Now Californians are trying to destroy pizza.
