I’d like to point out that there is only one city in Australia where you could order a pie floater (Adelaide), the rest of us don’t eat them at all.

Donald Anderson, true, but they still originated in the countries listed. Indonesia claim satay and nasi goreng as their own, but you can eat them pretty much anywhere in SEA.
