Whatever I passed with A+ but so many of those answers to choose from had nothing to do with the word that they were asking you to describe

Gail Cusack, The options give for rake were strange. I didn’t think any were correct, but chose move as the answer as in raking leaves meaning to move them.

Gail Cusack, I am US and didn’t like this question either. The only reason I got it “right” was by ruling out the other options and thinking of raking leaves…but that was a stretch. Bad question.

A+ but worthless design. I hate “pass/fail” tests of any kind. This could have been a decent quiz with answers. Waste of time.

Passed! Useless quiz without answers. It's how we learn! I checked the Thesaurus for "Rake" and nothing came close to the 3 choices - must be an American meaning.
