I have done mediation but I do it at night before I go to sleep. I always get so relaxed I call asleep. When I find I'm having trouble, I listen to free apps of mediation that help me. I like mathematical problems unless the answer makes no sense and cannot be figured out. I write all the time too much. I am working on the good habits. It has taken me so long to adjust to bring retired. Now I have to adjust to not being lazy.

Makes sense to me.good, clear advice. I enjoy math problems. I like seeing the patterns in numbers too. I thought meditation was about clearing the mind, now I can see the logic in just thinking of 1 thing.

Very informative thank you. I have tried meditation unsuccessfully. My best friend practice meditation and she swears by it. I will make a greater effort.

My friends who practice meditation say the key is to think of "nothing" and that is difficult!
