lloyd jamieson, The correct answer is specific gravity. Inertia does have measurable units. Moments of inertia may be expressed in units of kilogram metre squared (kg. m2) in SI units and pound-foot-second squared (lbf. ft. s2) in imperial or US units.

Alejo Planchart, The question mentions nothing about braking. It's very straightforward. If you are traveling at 80 mph, it will take 30 minutes (1/2 hour) to travel 40 miles. Why complicate things by adding new parameters?
