I love the smell of magnolia when in bloom. I sure didn't know they were so old & pollinated by beetles. Interesting little facts.

Croissant = crescent were made in Vienna after the Turks failed Vienna siege (xv century?) the shape was a reminder of a different religion Christian had the cross Muslim the crescent. Uncultured Modern industries should not forget history and traditions.
