It would help if there was more of a description of the foods on the plates...in English

My normal weekday breakfast is Cheerios with artificial sweetener and soy milk with buttered whole wheat toast and seedless red raspberry jam. Saturday breakfast is bacon, scrambled eggs and 2 toasts with jam. Sunday is buttered waffles with sugar free syrup. I'm diabetic.

I only recognise the French breakfast but it would appear eggs are a universal staple for breakfast

Richard Gardiner, Actually, the French breakfast IS correct. We used to live in northern England, and went to France quite often. We always stayed at either a B&B, or a hotel, and they always had a big breakfast, at either place. Fabulous!!

#4 -- Japan's breakfast looks very good bc it's a mix of different things & #9 --Israel's breakfast looks very good too. I love to try all different kinds of food except food that I would have to chase off a plate like jello.
