Brian Howe, It is a toss-up for the worlds largest city - depends how they measure it - Shanghai / Tokyo / Mexico City and Sao Paulo are all close in populations

I question the color "photographs" as photos; photos of paintings okay. I have no problem with sepia photos, black and white photos or even the greenish and white as I'm sure the developing solution and the age of the photos plays a hand in the coloration. But full on color photographs from the late 19th and early 20th century I find improbable. I do like the pictures.
