This heart-shaped flower blossoms in Siberia, northern China, Korea and Japan. It belongs to the poppy family.

This flower native to Mexico was declared the national flower of the country in 1963.

Love flowers...gardens are lovely. My brother-in-law made a rose garden for his wife when they got married and we have lovingly tended the beautiful blooms when I am able to visit.

I have half of these beauties in my garden. I have lots of favourites, luculia, daphne, fuschia, hydrangeas, roses, orchids to name a few. I love strong scented flowers like luculia, roses and daphne. Petunias and pansies are gorgeous too in my hanging baskets.
