All were beautiful, but the Japanese garden was over the top. I disagree with the comment about the farmer should have trees, not flowers between the 2 fields. The flowers are great for attracting pollinators.

#9 astounds me but I hope my husband never sets one up at our place. Every time I smell basil, rosemary, and thyme, I sneeze and my eyes water…..

Loved them all especially the pineapple. I didn't think they would grow just from the top. I am going to give a try. Thanks.

I used to have an immense garden. I had plants that bloomed from early spring to late fall. Therefore it smelled wonderful year round. I miss my flower garden but when I moved to my home now, I didn't plant anything. I knew that with my back issues that I wouldn't be able to maintain them. All of the gardens were beautiful & creative but my favorite was the Japanese garden. So peaceful & Zen. The most creative was the one where he made a stream from the water that came out of the downspout. Great idea!

All very good, but can't decide between the rainwater drainpipe 'river' and the herb garden!

The rain from the downpipe should be going into a tank to water the garden later and although the flowers are pretty the farmer should be growing trees down this strip of land.
