I do most of these, maybe I will age gracefully. Actually, I am already there, which probably attributes to some of my forgetfulness.😅🤣

I do write things down and it helps - until I almost get smothered in sticky notes.

I try to use the Spanish I know as much as I can-- with my Hispanic friends, at the Mexican restaurant, etc. I'm also an artist. Doing art puts me in a different state of mind. I'm 78. My body feels it, my brain is young.

Great ideas, I actually do about 4 of them regularly. Documentaries are fascinating, I kind of teach myself a new language by deductions of the other ones I know, it’s a great idea; taking quizzes is so much fun

My strategy is to get in touch with people to surprise them. I have to work on with my left hand and improve on my forgotten languages.

Sharonfoss, Sharonfoss, Hi. You can borrow large-print books from libraries - well in Ballarat you can. Word jumbles are fun too. Nine letters with 1 central needing to be in all words, is the one I like best. Sudoku? (I'm not good at it, yet) . Anyway, good thinking 🖐

I used to read alot and had a very good memory. Well when the grandchildren came along I did not have a lot of time to read and my brain stopped working, and I became forgetful. I believe being online helps me to connect to people. I am not too happy with Facebook lately since no one seems to respond to my posts so I think I will find other ways to work on my brain and hopefully improve my memory. I know reading books helped me before, but after the grandkids came along there was little time to do anything and now that I am older my eyesight needs to be taken care of.
