People who have parents with dark eyes , let’s say brown can have a blue eyed baby due to dominant and recessive genes. If both parents carry the recessive blue eyed gene yet have brown eyes they can pass the recessive gene to their offspring. If both parents pass on the blue eyed gene to their offspring , the offspring will have blue eyes. That has nothing to do with Ocular Albinism.

My family's eyes are predominately blue or green and amber. I have green eyes until I put on something more amber, whatever color I wear my eyes take on that hue, I luv it!!! Funny too my favorite color is burgundy to red so my eyes are mostly green.

I have one blue eye n the other is half blue n half brown,not sure if that falls under heterochromia iridum or not lol
