Have done all of these for most of my life. Almost 73 and sharp as a tack. My motto has always been to try to learn something new every day.

I am playing Team Trivia on a steady basis. There is not one night that I don't learn something new. Always very challenging, and I sleep well after every match! 👍😊

This was interesting and well-meant but I consider myself very mentally active, and I am an insomniac with a butterfly mind (okay I can focus when I'm playing chess) who thinks exercise is over-rated and am possibly the world's worst jigsaw (not) solver. Meditation also not for me and the mere mention of that ruddy word "mindfulness" makes me want to scream. But I am a compulsive writer and like learning new things (currently trying to learn Russian) so some of it was relevant to me. And we're all different.

I am Bipolar and one of the "triggers" that becomes apparent is the issue of doing one job then doing another job without having finished the first one, etc. What they say about this does not necessarily mean the person is Bipolar as there are many triggers that "awaken" Bipolar Disorder in someone.
