Sugar might not be the healthiest thing to say the least but no habit is as disgusting, heathwise or other, as smoking cigarettes...

A tight muscle is evidence of an imbalanced body. A healthy muscle, when standing or sitting is not hard. When in action is when the muscles fluctuates from relaxed to firm. If you understand how they operate this will make you change your physical routine for exercize. As a masseuse of many years this is what my training and experience has taught me.

Re sugar - obviously indulging to excess is bad, not least for the gnashers. But I am so irritated by the claim (NOT made here to be fair) that it's as bad as crystal meth - that's just absurd and crass.

Very informative information. Your body will make cholesterol, it is needed in many biological processes, as such; we can reduce our intake of it. Thank you.

I think that heavy smokers long term have an average lifespan loss of ten years! Worst thing in regards to your health.
