Sugar might not be the healthiest thing to say the least but no habit is as disgusting, heathwise or other, as smoking cigarettes...

A key thing to watch on nutrition labels is the "added sugar" rather than the first listing of sugar. Added sugars do far more damage to weight, metabolism, diabetes etc. Every 1 gram of added sugar is 2% of your daily recommended maximum. A cookie with 5 grams of added sugar is 10% of your day's max. If you eat 10 if those cookies you're already at 100%. I'm a volunteer hospital chaplain and learned this the hard way.

A tight muscle is evidence of an imbalanced body. A healthy muscle, when standing or sitting is not hard. When in action is when the muscles fluctuates from relaxed to firm. If you understand how they operate this will make you change your physical routine for exercize. As a masseuse of many years this is what my training and experience has taught me.

Re sugar - obviously indulging to excess is bad, not least for the gnashers. But I am so irritated by the claim (NOT made here to be fair) that it's as bad as crystal meth - that's just absurd and crass.

Very informative information. Your body will make cholesterol, it is needed in many biological processes, as such; we can reduce our intake of it. Thank you.
