Society Story: 9 frightening real life stories that even science cannot explain

Have you ever been faced with any situation that you could not fathom, even with all the laws of science? As it turns out, many people have had a similar experience. I'm going to be sharing some of their most bizarre encounters here.

I'm gonna share my personal story first. Once I had a dream where I was trying to escape from a creature that was on my heels. When I woke up, I was panting heavily while trying to catch my breath. Soon I saw a silhouette figure cast on the walls of my room that I screamed so loud it woke my folks up. They literally had to stop my body from trembling. It was scary and I could hardly explain what had happened.

One day, while reading a Reddit thread post, I discovered that many users have also faced the unexplainable and posted their stories. Here they are:

#1 Round the Victorian house

This Redditor's Victorian house was haunted by ghosts. One time, they even got locked out by the phantoms!

#2 The laughing doll

This Redditor claims that her doll laughed. It definitely was some real life Chucky trip because you can't convince us otherwise.

#3 Did an old man sneak into my room to check himself out in my mirror?

According to her, one night she had just returned home from New York only to find the face of an old man smeared in her mirror. She put it on my Snapchat, and her friends really freaked out.

#4 Haunted CD player

While this Redditor was listening to an album, an unknown female voice took over the music and threatened to kill them. And you know the scary thing? They still listen to that album over and over again, and never find that voice.

#5 I froze in fear as I watched a deer shape-shift into a human

On a beautiful morning, this user gazed at a deer's shadow cast on their curtain. Only this time, it suddenly transformed into a fully grown man. It was a nerve-wracking sight for a 7-year old and it still gets them worried till now.

#6 I fell into a well and was saved by my Guardian Angel

At about 5 years old, this Redditor accidentally fell into a well and a voice whispered to him to grab a rope, which he did. Simultaneously, his dad rushed out because he felt a shock and saved him. The owner of the well claims not to have had any rope in there. Sounds crazy, right?

#7 We might have crossed into another dimension.

This Redditor and his dad realized that the TV froze while they were watching and they had to turn it on and off, to restart it. Imagine the shock on this poster's face when they discovered that during the short time used to restart the TV, two hours had unexplainably passed.

#8 My 5-year-old stepson reincarnated

You know how kids love to tell imaginary stories? Well, meet this man whose step son would not stop talking about his past lifetime. The young boy claims to have lived in California, drove a red sports car and played at the beach. He also says he had a cat who escaped from home then died. It still makes him sad to date.

#9 Who was whispering my name?

When they were much younger, this Redditor went to the toilet at about 3 AM. While they were going about their business, a clear voice kept whispering their name from the wall behind. It was so creepy that they had to rush out and never used the bathroom in the middle of the night again for the next 6 years!

I didn't know it until I was about 16 but I am what my maternal Grandmother called "a sensitive". I started seeing dead people at 3 yrs. old. The glowy man came into my bedroom every night. Scared me to death as I thought he was a real man in our house. Turns out that it was the previous owner who had died in the old outhouse that used to sit right outside my bedroom window. It made sense when we found some old pictures in our attic & while going thru them, I grabbed 1 & before I thought blurted out "that's the glowy man!" My Dad & Mom nearly fell off their chairs. I used to scream everytime I saw him in my room, my parents would come running but when they turned on the light, he disappeared. I would tell them that a glowy man was in my room. I finally quit screaming as my Father thought I was making it up & threatened me with a good spanking if I did it again. After that, I would just pull the covers over my head & pray. I have experienced so many strange things in my 65 years in this world that I'd have to write a book to tell you all of them. I also had visions of things to come & they were always bad things, car accidents, death & destruction. AND they always came true within a day or 2 of my visions. My close sister & my Mom were the only people I shared these visions with. They could tell you that I didn't make them up. My point is...don't discount strange things that you or other people experience. I've been called crazy many times & it's not a good feeling. Strange things occur that logic or science can not explain. It doesn't mean that the person is mentally ill. These experiences are terrifying especially when you're a child so to be called a liar or crazy adds insult to injury. BTW, my whole life when house hunting, I would not purchase a home that gave me a creepy feeling even if it was perfect for my family. Drove my husband nuts until I shared a vision with him (I had shared many & when they came true he would say it was a coincidence) & it not only came true but at the exact time (1:07 am) and way I said it would. He said that I finally made a believer out of him & he didn't doubt me after that.

My sister and a cousin of ours were very close. Both divorced, they usually crashed in one of their homes. Once, sleeping in her cousin's house, she woke up in the middle of the night and saw her uncle (her cousin's father, long time departed) staring at her, and poking her with his cane. Next morning she related her experience to her cousin and she replied very naturally: "Oh yes, he often comes to see who I'm sleeping with". My sister never crashed at her cousin's again...

My friends were swimming in a river pond on a hill while I was changing I saw a young man's apparition gazing somewhere. Then he vanished and again appeared. I alerted my friends and all escaped from that place.

My dad had a story he told about a friend who had died in a motor vehicle accident but was seen shortly after arriving home. My dad said "You made it home" and his friend said "I'm home at last". I still get shivers when I think of that story.
