We are so busy throughout the day that most of our daily issues are done automatically. But wait. Are you sure you are doing them right? Let's check it.

#1 Reheating food in the microwave

Though microwaves are designed to heat food evenly, it would be better if you put it in the shape of a ring, leaving the central part of a plate empty.

#2 Hold a glass by its stem

If you hold your glass by its stem the temperature of your drink won't change. That means you'll enjoy its real smell and taste.

#3 The amount of toothpaste

We used to think that we need to cover the entire toothbrush with toothpaste. However, dentists say it is enough to use half of that amount.

#4 Holding a pen

It would be better if you hold a pen with three fingers. Rest it on your middle finger and hold with your index finger and thumb. Relax your ring finger and pinky. Try not to squeeze your pen. It'll prevent your hand from pain and tiredness

#5 Temperature of bath water

If you want to have a good sleep after taking a bath, control its temperature. The water should be warm, not hot. Hot water will warm up your body and it will be difficult to fall asleep.

#6 Flushing the toilet

Did you know that you should close the seat before you flush the toilet? That prevents the spread of bacteria through the air. Otherwise, bacteria can be found on the floor and towels.

I always close the lid of the toilet. Makes NO sense to leave it open. It looks terrible and prevents things from falling in it.

Very useful information ,as for the reheating of food in the microwave it would be Very difficult to do it in a circle and empty in the middle ,unless you have a species equipment for
