It sounds great when people get their dream jobs. However, there's always the flip side of the coin which is not so pleasant. This is true for the list of jobs you'll find below.

#1 Modeling

Beginning models have a lot of difficulties in finding a job. Perfect complexion doesn't guarantee highly paid projects. Many photographers and designers offer participation in their big projects and give photos for portfolio, accessories and clothes as payment. However, you won't be able to pay the bills with that.

#2 Chef

If you want to achieve something in this profession be ready to work hard. Usually, chefs have irregular working hours, spending most of the time on their feet. Because of fryers and ovens, it is too hot in the kitchen and frequent hand-washing causes skin problems. Your memory should be perfect as you have to remember hundreds of food combinations.

#3 Wedding planner

This job seems to be perfect. You are surrounded by beauty all the time. However, wedding planning is a lot more stressful than it looks. You should be not only a perfect planner but also a psychologist who can settle all the disputes.

#4 Musician

Music industry dictates its strict rules. Once you failed to follow them, you are out of the business. Artists don't have days off, they have a lot of night flights and their contracts with producers restrict them in actions and musical repertoire.

#5 A job involving travel

We all love travelling, So what can be wrong with this job? On a business trip, you won't have enough time and energy for sightseeing. Another problem is the lack of time for good sleep, sport and healthy eating.

#6 Flight attendant

Starting with inconvenient work schedules, jet lag and sleep deprivation this job involves contact with passengers who do not always understand how a plane works and flight attendant's responsibilities.

The problem seems to be people believe in dream jobs. There's crap in every job.

Being a flight attendant was always my dream job. However when I was old enough there was a height requirement and I was too short. Now, I'll just sit back and travel.. I still love to fly despite all of the TSA regulations. I am now retired from teaching and that is the best job bar none.

I'm a pastry chef. on my feet for hours on end, lugging 50 pound bags of flour and sugar, decorating cakes is a tedious bore, and yet I love it. Sitting at a desk all day would push me over the deep end. But some people love it.

After many years as a pastry chef (lugging around 50# bags of flour and sugar up and down stairs) I have it pretty good. Working on a major cruise line was nuts, but I saved a truckload of money. You gotta pay your dues. Still, I still have my ultimate dream job to work on- a restaurant critic on the New Yorkers magazine.

I would think being a musician has plenty of perks after you have made it to the point of lets say the Rolling Stones, but I’m sure they still have to put up with some crap.
