Some people toss and turn while they are sleeping, others don’t change positions during the night very often, but most of us have a favorite pose. There are plenty of positions people lie in and all of them can be divided into several groups. They say much about inner you and your behavior.

#1 Fetal

If you spend nights in the position of fetal, it says that you don’t like to share your emotions and thoughts with other people. You hide them. However, it doesn’t mean you are a rude person. On the contrary, such people are sensitive and shy to be among a crowd of people.

#2 Log

If you are a log-sleeper, it means you are social and able to get anyone to talk. You like to hang out, have fun with other people and enjoy parties. It also means that you are a little bit gullible.

If you are a yearner, you have an open personality and are never afraid to show your emotions. However, it doesn’t mean that you expect other people to be like you. Yearners are suspicious of others and don’t believe each word they say.

#4 Soldier

Just like a soldier you are disciplined and have a strict day routine. You are a good organizer. However, having such a good self-discipline you set high expectations for others.

#5 Starfish

If you sleep like a starfish on your front, it means that your friends play a very important role in your life. You pay much attention to what they say. Also, it means that you don’t like to be in the spotlight.

#6 Free fall

If you sleep like these, it says that you are self-confident. You know what you are doing. However, at the same time, it means that you are sensitive to criticism.

#7 Back snorer

Such people really like to look fashionable. They are addicts to nice clothes. However, it’s easy to irritate them.
