Advertising is one of the major drivers for trade. However, it can be very annoying and distracting. This is the reason why we pay attention only to really great and creative campaigns.

#1 Thousands of dollars right under your face

The American underwear brand 'Fruit of the Loom' made advertising which people literally didn't notice. They hid money and a present from their new underwear collection on New York streets. So, to get the present and the money one should be attentive, follow the signs and read the advertising. Only several people did it.

#2 Where is your mom?

'Pandora' made a touching movie about children and mothers. A blindfolded child had to find their mom among several women. Each child found his or her mother. That experiment was aimed to prove that every woman is unique.

Dove company did an unusual experiment. They've placed two signs, 'beautiful' and 'average', over the entrance to the shopping centres in several cities. The results of women's choices were recorded. Later the organisers asked why they've made their choice.

#4 The hardest job ever. Employees wanted.

A holiday cards manufacturer created a fake job and posted it in newspapers. An employee had to know medicine, cooking and finance and be ready for irregular working hours. All the participants were shocked and said there was no person in the world who would agree to do that job. This experiment was dedicated to Mother’s Day. Being a mother is the hardest job in the world.

#5 We have a lot in common

Here is a social experiment of Danish TV2. They invited people of different ages, social conditions, races and beliefs. Those people were asked different questions which showed how many things in common they all have. The aim of the experiment was to emphasize that we shouldn't put labels on others.

#5 is best of all. I've known forever that people are simply people; some good, some bad, most a mixture I call "neutral chaotic" (i like that phrase from the game as it fits many situations).

There were only 3 advertising campaigns, the other 2 weren't available. My favorite was #5 -- Denmark TV2. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! It will make people think & it will touch YOUR HEART & YOUR MIND & I hope it will Enlighten & ALL PEOPLE & we will ALL realize that we are more similiar & have more in common than we think & that differences don't matter. We are ALL people & that's what we ALL have in common.

They were long for ads, but I was riveted to them. No desire to go to the next one before they ended. No. That's not true. I almost turned off the Fruit of the Loom and, but I did watch it to the end.
