If a predator bird, like a hawk, comes into the area, the crows call to each other and 6 or 8 of them chase the bird of prey far away. This keeps the song birds and their own babies safe! I love them😘

Two crows took a dislike to me years ago and would dive bomb me every time I walked down the street they had built their nest...unfortunately, their nest was at the back door of where I worked and the way we accessed the office before we opened. They also followed me when I went for coffee and even if there were other people with me, they targeted me. It was funny but not and I for one was glad when the little ones left the nest and me alone, lol

Middle of a harsh winter my mother threw a full loaf of stale hard bread out the back door to her garden. The crow was up in the trees watching. He came down to pick it up. too heavy, went back up and thought it through. came down and wrestled it into the birdbath (which is heated) rolled it around a few times and then picked up a softened chunk and flew off. presumably to feed family. He came back each time until loaf was gone,
