Regarding the fried eggs.. I hate it when there’s still slime on the egg yolk - no way I’m going to eat that - and I like the edges of the whites to be crispy, too! Each to his own, I guess.

🙄We can’t really tell people how to cook their own foods. Each of us got our own preferences how our foods should be done. Just like how people ordered their stakes, rare, medium or well done!! After all, we only eat food as we like.It depends your taste!!👍🏼😋

I agree with Lilian Ling. Eggs all white and pristine are really boring. I love crispy edges on the edge of the whites. I'm not a fan of slimy yolks but enjoy them when they are smooth and creamy. When I was a kid, my mom cooked eggs in the leftover bacon grease from the can on the back of the stove. In those days everything was fried with bacon grease or lard. Took me a bit of time to get used to butter rather than the bacon grease.

Some ideas I'll be using in the future but I really like the crispy edges on eggs - it's the way mom always made them :-)

Leticia Olsen, I'd rather have a well to medium done steak. No blood running out, that turns my stomach although I've seen some eat it that way

Cooking eggs on low or medium/low just makes sure your eggs don't stick to the pan. You can still get crispy eggs.

Adding flour to bacon makes it impossible to serve to coeliacs or people on a keto diet . Buy good bacon is my tip. In other words dry aged and properly cured

Thank you for these excellent tips. I use frozen vegies unless it is for salads. They maintain more Vitamins and I am going to cook them anyway. Be healthy.
