Do you want to live to be 100? These exotic cuisines might help you live longer

What’s the differences between your diet and that of the population of the places where people live the longest?

It’s common knowledge that some regions of Earth have more centenarians than other parts of our beautiful planet. These areas are called Blue Zones, and people there live happier and longer than anywhere else.

Recent research shows that one of the main secrets of world's longest-living communities is their diet. As it turns out, eating habits of the centenarians are simple but very effective. I would rather die younger and enjoy what I am eating.

I don't want to live to be 100. The morning news/entertainment shows love celebrating the oldest people in the world like they're living lives of luxury and are all so happy. Take a trip through nursing home lane for a little reality. And they're not being served any of these foods.

I notice none of these countries eat meat. Maybe I need to learn a lesson because new Zealanders eat a lot of meat and dairy

I don't think I could do without meat and at 77 I'm not going to change my diet now although I have cut out one or two things I used to eat.
