What’s the differences between your diet and that of the population of the places where people live the longest?

It’s common knowledge that some regions of Earth have more centenarians than other parts of our beautiful planet. These areas are called Blue Zones, and people there live happier and longer than anywhere else.

Recent research shows that one of the main secrets of world's longest-living communities is their diet. As it turns out, eating habits of the centenarians are simple but very effective.
