What about Georgian cuisine? A lot of veggies, perfect wine and chacha, meat...!And they live over 100 years in mountains.

I notice none of these countries eat meat. Maybe I need to learn a lesson because new Zealanders eat a lot of meat and dairy

I don't think I could do without meat and at 77 I'm not going to change my diet now although I have cut out one or two things I used to eat.

Sardinia and Loma Linda foods sound the best to me. It looks like the most common factors for longevity are beans and rice, not surprisingly. Great article. :)
