There is a railway line which goes through the street. It is more than 100 years old and is located in-between houses, just a few inches from the doorways! However, today the track is closed. I would hope the train only ran past these homes in daylight hours I know I would not be able to sleep if it rumbled past my house during the night Bonnie

I can not imagine living that close to a railroad track and having children. I would think that a passing train would shake the house like an earthquake.
