I can relate to some of these but they do not necessarily deal with all problems especially when you're Bipolar as I am. Manic depression is different to mere depression. Being Bipolar is also hereditary - my real Mother and Grandmother were both Bipolar - I'm adopted but only found this out about 8 years ago and I'm 77. The trigger to my Bipolar condition was the death of my "adopted" Father when I was 14.
