Have you ever seen a man on the moon? Or a face in a random object? The phenomenon is called pareidolia and no, it doesn't mean you're crazy. It just means you’ve got a wild imagination. This is not confined to humans alone, as even computers have been taught to pick up faces in objects and abstract patterns.

We hope you loved this post, next time you see a smiling tail light or a sad faucet, remember that it is very normal... and don't forget to take a picture!

The Jabba the Hutt one was funniest for me. Maybe not a face, but I swear I used to see a fox chasing a squirrel in the lines of wood panelling in the kitchen of our former house.

😁Yes all these funny faces are really cute! If we look at some plants and flowers, like pansy plants, the flowers look like human frowning or laughing at you.

I love finding faces in many unusual places - rocks, trees, clouds, mushrooms and more. One of my favorite places is in my breakfast oatmeal bowl or on the spoon. Adding raisins and nuts facilitates the formation of the faces looking at me. I have often taken photos of these faces. A friend got me started when he wrote a children's book called Clouds and Other Stuff. He was an airline pilot who took photos of clouds and land formations from the cockpit as he traveled around the world.
