I have a hard time believing that there is only 10 Dumb laws in California. My guess is there is a lot more

It’s not just California - a lot of states and countries have bizarre and outdated laws e.g. in Texas, ‘it is illegal to take more than three sips of beer at a time while standing’. In Kentucky, ‘every citizen of is required to take a shower once a year’...oh and ‘Any person who appears on any highway, or upon the street of any city that has no police protection, when clothed only in ordinary bathing garb, shall be fined no less than five dollars nor more than twenty-five dollars’.

A couple of them actually make sense. But I don't know why any woman or man would put a bathrobe on a car.

The one about the bathrobe makes sense. You can get your legs caught in the robe and be unable to use the brake, etc.
