We in India have a fruit called 'Amla'. This is known to be the richest source of vitamin C! It is pretty sour. But what you have revealed about peppers is very interesting. Love peppers, raw or cooked.

knew about broccoli, did not realise peppers were so high - but who eats a whole bell pepper? I like them raw , but not a whole pepper,. could eat raw broccoli all day.

humans cannot digest raw vegetables - they ferment in the intestines causing endotoxins (bad bacteria) which then causies leaky gut syndrome. plant cells are encapsulated with cellulose - Google it and see. steam your veggies well. you are welcome
