You might be surprised to learn that these birds are made of watercolor paper! They are so tiny! Indian miniature paper cut artists Nayan Shrimali and Vaishali Chudasama say, paper art is their passion and wildlife is their love. The aim of their craft is to raise awareness about wildlife. Each artwork takes about 6 hours to finish!

The New Zealand bird shown is not a Kaka, but a Kea. Kea are an Alpine parrot found in the South Island. They are quite a drab looking bird, but only in flight do you see the beautiful colour under their wings. They are quite destructive birds and very cheeky. They will chew your car windscreen wipers, the rubber trim around your windscreen.
