I think Juliet saying : where for art thou...is obviously saying why as she says deny thy name & a rose by any other name (etc) so clearly musing on why does he have to be a Montague (cos all the interesting men are the wrong ones love!)

I think the prase "love of money is the root of all evil" comes from Chaucer's "Canterbury Tales". He uses the word cupidity, which means precisely "love for money". greed or avarice.
