1. Avolatte

Latte served in an avocado shell became quite popular lately. The drink becomes avocado flavored, although not every person likes it.

2. Colorless coffee.

Have you ever seen transparent coffee? Such type was made by two Slovakian brothers and the recipe is kept in secret. They claim that the coffee is made from high-quality Arabica coffee beans and pure water without any sugar of artificial flavors. Colorless coffee prevents teeth staining - good point for those who abstained from drinking coffee because of the problem.

3. Charcoal coffee.

Made from activated charcoal and creamy milk this drink contains no caffeine. It's good for a human body as activated charcoal detoxes harmful toxins.

4. Burning Coal Coffee.

Unlike the charcoal coffee above, this one has caffeine. It's made by dumping a lump of burning coal into coffee. Probably the only place you can buy such a coffee is a city on the island of Java, Yogyakarta.

5. Coffee that 80 times stronger than an Espresso shot

In The Viscous Cafe, Australia, you can buy one of the strongest types of coffee in the world. One mug of this brew equals 80 regular cups of coffee. One serving contains 5 grams of caffeine while 18 grams are fatal for a person.

6. Black Insomnia Coffee

Do you have lack of energy? A 12-ounce cup of this coffee will not only keep you awake, but can even cause some problems with your health. The reason is that one serving contains approximately twice as much daily caffeine intake as FDA and The International Food Information Council recommend. However, the demand for the coffee is really high. The company claims to sell about six tons of its coffee every month.

7. Deconstructed coffee.

The next unusual coffee is deconstructed one. Tree separate beakers of milk, espresso and hot water are served for you in a Melbourne cafe so that you could make your coffee yourself. It may look weird and there are lots of debates about such serving.

8. Wine infused coffee.

Have you ever dreamed of red wine infused coffee? It has rich wine and coffee flavor and is on the market now. However, the coffee won't get you drunk.

As a Boy Scout on camp we used to put a burning stick into the coffee. This reduced the bitterness of the coffee.

I have always been a coffee drinker but unfortunately, caffeine started to bother me about 10 years ago so I can only drink one or two cups a day so it had better be excellent...dark and smooth with no cream or sugar...mmmm

Not so sure I'd like the coffee using lumps of coal nor the black insomnia coffee, too much caffeine in that one. I don't mind coffee and usually drink mine with just some sugar, no milk as its greasy tasting. I tried some of my mother's coffee into which she used milk and didn't like the taste.
