How to go to sleep faster? A simple way that works

Healthy sleep is very important for our mental and physical health. Today a lot of people find it difficult to stick to a correct sleep/wake cycle and have troubles with falling asleep. The main reason is stress caused by modern life. What can we do to reduce it and sleep like a baby?


There is a method that really works. It works even for soldiers whose every day activity is associated with high risks to their life and sleep deprivation can cause fatal mistakes.

We used to do this at the end of yoga class to relax everything and I’d fall asleep on the floor every time! It works!

I learned this when I went to my childbirth classes, over 61 years ago! Still use it to this day! Only started with the toes and worked upwards! 😊👍

I do a big stretch, then I also make sure I've relaxed (as Forest Gump would say) my buttocks. A perfect solution for me.
