Was there to see it frozen. Just gorgeous. But, it you do decide to visit the falls in February , make sure to dress warm for it!

Only saw Niagara Falls once. Dec 23 1980. It was frozen. I assumed it was normal for winter. Beautiful. Just off the plane from summer in Sydney and only had a light jacket. Never been so cold in my life. Still worth it.

I have been lucky enough to visit there in winter. It is truly breathtaking. They didn't mention the trees. All the trees near the falls are full of ice so they sparkle like they are covered with diamonds especially if the sun is shining. Worth making a trip to see...,.
