On the subject of pain! When I was a kid, my younger brother and I were watching TV and he got a very bad cramp in one of his legs. He was really in a lot of pain. Well I grabbed his other leg and pinched it really hard. He said ‘ouch’ what did you do that for? I asked him if his other leg still hurt and he said no. I said, how about the pinched leg? He said no pain on that leg anymore either. I distracted him from feeling the pain in the cramped leg.

I also believe if you are happy about your lifestyle even if you don't fit all the criteria, it is benefit to good health. And good genes of course! As for germs, they are everywhere so long as you wash your hands regularly exposure to the more dangerous of the germs, builds up immunity.

Diane Thompson, Very untrue. It's bad because it doesn't break down like other food so it could cause constipation. But still flows through your body like regular food.
