Cold doesn't seem to bother my arthritis but I live in a cold part of the province so I do like a nice warm shower in the morning with a shot of cold at the end...seems to work for me :-)

This was very helpful for me! I've been taking cool showers for a long time but I never knew all of the good things it was really doing for me. I only knew it made me feel better when I got out! Great information!

Interesting. I will rinse in cool but not cold water. For me, that is just too much of a shock to my system

I've always taken a warm shower and rinsed off with cold. Something I learned as a kid. Was told it killed any soap residue in your hair ???
