Pretty healty; could use some help. At 77 I'm not inclined to change much. Never smoked (2-3 teen cigs total just to see, Doc orders no more of the alcohol that I enjoyed minimally and always have said no to recreational drugs using meds only for intense pain). Now the docs order meds for the painful problems that I have developed over the years (and cannabis oil is of no help). Gotta be strong to survive old age.
