How well read are you?

Forget the book snobs, being well read is totally more about reading well than reading loads.

I’ve always been an avid reader but I’ve never heard of any of these books!

Mostly chick-lit reading for the beach. Not to my taste

I did not bother to finish the quiz. These are trash books not worthy of my time. I read the classical when a child.

I read many of the books listed, and have several on my Amazon shopping list.
I also own a few of them, though I might not have finished reading them yet (Girl on the Train for one)
But if they're first person?
They're either in my collection already or on my list.
Like, Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights.
I believe they're in my ebook collection or on my list to buy.
The Help I used to own.
Lost it in a storage unit auction.
Twilight I read and used to own the whole saga.
I had received a brand new hardcover gift set for my birthday several years ago, but lost the whole gift set when we moved.
(I think one of my former fiance's nieces took it, but if course they denied it and I could never prove they took it. All I knew was I didn't have it anymore. And it was still in the protective shrink wrap, too. I was kinda planning on keeping it like that, as I'd already read the whole Twilight Saga.)
There were a few titles I know are in third person, and I won't read those.
Pride and Prejudice being one of them.
Only first person anymore for me.
(Like "Me Before You."
That's on my list for sure.)
Have to be inside the mind of the protagonist.
I prefer 1st person narrative point of view novels.
There were a few titles and authors I didn't recognize.
"Oranges are not the Only Fruit" "One Day" and "Online Girl" were totally not familiar to me.
If any of those are first person? They'll get added to my list.
"The truth about forever" and "Daughter of Smoke and Bone" also not familiar. Have to see which of those will get added to my list and which won't because they're 3rd person.
So even tho I only got 11/15 correct, I have new books to look for on Amazon.
Cool.

I don't understand the purpose of this quiz. I thought the idea was to indicate whether or not we had read each book, but whenever I hit the negative response I'm told it's wrong! So what IS the purpose of this quiz?

11/15. May read some of the ones I haven't, though I'll admit they're not on my "to be read" list yet.

Don’t know what this was all about but I got wrong answers when I was honest that I hadn’t read a particular book. Why was that a Wrong answer?
