This “quiz” ranks among the worst on this site. Since when were any of the answers to question #3 counted as benefits? In fact, several of the questions were worded so oddly as to make no sense.

9/14 You most certainly can lose weight by exercise alone. The more you exercise the more calories you burn. I have to disagree with some if these answers.

Some poorly worded questions. For example, "how much sugar can the average American take in each day?" The average American can take in as much sugar as he/she wants to.
