Peter Blake, if October 31 is Wednesday, then Oct 30 is a Tuesday -- the 5th Tuesday of the month (2,9,16,23,30). But the problem says that there are exactly 4 Tuesdays...

9/10 I couldn't see the whole problem because the question covered half of it on number 10. I guessed 6 which was correct but I didn't count it as it was a guess. This quiz made me think way too hard for as early as it is. I haven't even finished 1 cup of coffee. I'm awake now!

I stopped after question one. The answer could have been a Monday or Wednesday, what’s the point when you have 2 correct answers and you say one is wrong.

fgleehaha, For future reference, turn your device through 90°. This might help. It did for me for question 10.

Couldn’t see a lot of the questions! So unfair!

For the square of a number to be less than the original number, the number must be less than one.Isabel Weinberg,

Make a little bit fairer if you could see the entire clue, without the question covering up half of it!

Impossible to answer some of those where picture is covered by question. Otherwise very good quiz.

Isabel Weinberg, Square of 1 is 1 (same); Square of 2 is 4 (100% more); square of. 3 is 9. So obviously if square is only 70% of original number, it has to be decimal place. 0.7 is only option

I never use calculators, my challenge to self, so got 6 correct. Sometimes I feel that the phrasing may be a bit murky: still fun though

I got 4 right, and they may have been guesses. I have been out of school for almost 70 years and the math I do is balance my checkbook. Add - subtract!

A great many of these questions are partly obscured by print. They are impossible to answer except by guess.

Isabel Weinberg, The square of the number has to be less than the number (in this case 30% less or 70% of the original number. The squares of all positive integers greater than 1 are always larger than the original number so the only number of those shown that, when squared, gives a smaller number is 0.7 (squared = 0.49 which is 70% of 0.7). Does that help?
