Nettles sting, burn and cause a rash. Unless you wear industrial strengthgloves to pick them and prepare them,look elsewhere to get the vitamins they are said to provide. Not every plant that grows naturally is good for you. Mushrooms are great food but require knowledge and experience when picking them. The same goes for plants.
