Mary Miller Johnson,
Than you for your conformation.
It's been a year and the issues still exist, but I didn't really expect any remedies from Quizzclub. SMH

Mary Miller Johnson, OOOOPS! I am very bad at proof reading, however. "His comments ARE exactly . . . " and " . . . expressed as a fraction of two INTEGERS . . . "

Scroll down and look at William Laughlin's comments. His comments are is exactly right on all four problems. I will add that pi is irrational by definition . . . a rational number, by defintion, can be expressed as a fraction of two inters, with the denominator not = to 0. Pi's decimal portion is non-repeating and infinte so it cannot be expressed as a fraction.
And YES, I am a math teacher and tutor . . . for about 50 years now!!!

Antonio Cobian, You are wrong. First do what is in ( ). Then you have 6÷2×3. Going from left to right you get 9.

Fern Russell, The best answer to pick is "it's a rational number", as Pi is not a rational.number. However, Pi is not.a natural number either. The prase "natural number" is another name for positive intergers. The phrase "natural number" does NOT mean it occurs in nature. I have a masters degree.in math and taught it for 33 years.

if the guy got a D then he gave the wrong answer which means he said isosceles. If he had said right triangle he would have got an A Pi is an irrational number because it is a non repeating decimal. Rational numbers can be expressed as a ratio.

#9 wanted the statement that is untrue regarding Pi. Answer is it's a rational number. It is an irrational number, it is a natural number, and it is a positive number.
