You are not WRITING the word with the pencils, yo are forming the letters by arranging the actual pencils to spell the word "FELT".
The F has 3 lines so you need 3 pencils. E = 4, L = 2, T = 2. Altogether, you need 11 pencils to form the 11 lines in the word "FELT".

24/25. Yet another quiz that makes unsupported claims. I would've believed it if it had said something along the lines of "We gave this test to 1,000 college students and only scored higher than 23." People should bear in mind that a properly selected sample of 1000 is the minimum size needed to extrapolate statements to the general population. Anything less is suspect. That is why Nielsen samples around 4,000 households and then projects the findings to the population.

All of the months of the ear have 28 and 30 days. Only some of the months have only 30 days and only one month has exactly 28 days. Word your questions properly
