NYC! I left Long Island many years ago. The taxes, government -both city and state- are driving many of the current residents to leave. I will never go back there to live!

California...if I were to live in the U.S. I could see that. Almost landed up in Arizona as a kid but we wound up in South Africa instead. Being a geologist's kid is like being an army brat, except you follow mines.
