Someone should do their homework before presenting erroneous information on this site. The second image is a 50-year old photo taken at White River Ontario; whereas Snag Yukon, (established as one of the several military airfields along the WW II Northwest Staging Route) has been abandoned since 1968. Snag also played a minor role during the Klondike gold rush. The White River flows downstream to the Yukon River.
