Odd thing about milk, though I'm not at all lactose intolerant in the medical sense, I hate it and drinking a glass would make me feel ill - I don't even add it to coffee. Yet my all time favourite food is cheese, which is made of - yes, go figure!

Whist sugar alone may not cause type 2 diabetes, however obesity does trigger type 2 diabetes, Eating lots of fats and sugars commonly create the obesity and hence type 2 diabetes.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away really means an apple a day will prevent constipation. Proven!! Dark chocolate gives me the "runs", but milk chocolate, no problem.
