200lbs. Been there b4 a few times. Was happier at 125 but have levelled out at 150lbs for the last 4 yrs and I'm OK with that.

200 lbs. I’m 54 yo female. Thanks but I don’t be thinking so. I hover around 153 already and that’s a bit much . 135-140 for my age and frame are better.

Wrong wrong wrong! I dropped 15# on the NOOM diet and practice portion control, lots of fruit and vegetables, minimal meat. Weight now 152. I think at age 82, I did all right.
