Close: not 200, but about 185 to 190 on a consistent basis which is within my ideal BMI.

200 lbs is about right but I lost 40 pounds by not eating at Ponderosa and Golden Corral on dates

Fairly accurate with all the details but weight.Said should weigh 200lbs.Wish I weighed about 170-180.But average around135-140.Have been the same size since I was 16 years old.No matter how much I eat or do not eat,I can not gain more weight .I am a very active and energetic person and always have been.I am 56 years old now and can still do anything I could do in my younger days.I only sleep on average at most 3 hrs.a night and have done that since I was 13 years old.And I am healtier now physically than I was in my youth and younger years.

I should weigh 200 pounds! I weigh 130 which is 10 pounds more than I'd like.
