Japanese people eat fish for breakfast, for lunch and for dinner. They eat it raw or cook it different ways. Scientist of the world claim that aliphatic acid that is contained in fish reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, Alzheimer disease, rheumatic arthritis and some types of cancer.
