#2 “ Walking for more than 6 hours a day can be beneficial for your health even if it's your only exercise.” Who has time to walk six hours a day?! This must be a typo.

I try to walk as much as I can at work, between jobs. I keep track of my steps with my phone and now i have a fit bit also. Biggest problem is my feet really hurt by the time i get home! But i average between 2 and 3 miles a day, so i guess that's good! And i drink lots and lots of water! I only drink water and several cups of coffee!

That 6 hours a day should have probably said 6 hours a week. I walk about 7 miles a day, and that only takes a total of about 3 hours.

Very good info. Much thanks. Just one question. You have stated and I quote "Walking for more than 6 hours a day can be beneficial for your health even if it's your only exercise." More than 6 hours a day? Even if it's my ONLY exercise? How do I fit 6 hours of walking a day into a daily schedule?
