My Wife wore "coke bottle glasses" for many years, until her vision got suddenly worse. She had several operations and now has good vision without glasses. I had to get used to seeing her without glsses.

It is a very good news and I hope they will be able to produce stem cells and help people that are degenerating.

It's remarkable but a little scary. We haven't been using it long enough to know if there will be problems down the road but it's still remarkable research and there are people who would jump at the chance of being "cured" of an affliction that has plagued them for years.

For the blind to be able to see & other uses for stem cells to improve humanity’s lot would be so much better.
